The best time of the year to visit Granada is in the spring and autumn, as winters, although mostly sunny can be bone-achingly cold at night. July, on the other hand, can be extremely hot reaching temperatures as high as 40°C (104°F). However, the heat in July is bearable as it is not accompanied by storms and humidity as the highest rainfall is in the winter months.
