   Pacific Regional VolunteerPacific Islands Forum Secretariat Scheme - Call for tender – Design of PRVS


A Pacific Regional Volunteer Scheme (PRVS) is being developed as part of the Pacific Plan and the Pacific Youth Strategy 2010 to support regional capacity building.

The Secretariat of the Pacific Community (SPC) is seeking qualified and experienced people to form a Design Team responsible for the development of a detailed proposal for the establishment and operation of the PRVS and is calling for tender from competent organisations and individuals. More...

In July 2004, the Third World Youth Festival took place in Barcelona, Spain.

Approximately 10,500 young people gathered for a nine-day forum where youth platforms from different continents presented activities, shared their experiences and views on major and current challenges youth face in today’s world.
