Welcome to the Pacific Youth Bureau website!

The Pacific Youth Bureau (PYB), formerly the Youth and Adult Education Programme of the Secretariat of the Pacific Community (SPC), is one of several Programmes within the Social Resources Division of the Secretariat of the Pacific Community based at Headquarters in Noumea, New Caledonia.

The Bureau provides technical and advisory services to the twenty-two member countries of SPC.

Within this site, you can find out more about the programmes and services provided by the Bureau to young people, youth workers and youth organisations in the Pacific region.

You can also access additional resources and information on youth development initiatives in the Pacific region and elsewhere.
