Within the next 12 months, Government will be putting a policy and legislative framework in place which supports energy efficiency and renewable energy.

The Honourable Nizam Baksh on Friday (February 4th, 2011) met with representatives of the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business of the University of the West Indies, to discuss the possibility of starting a certificate course training programme in community development for Community Development Officers.
