Interactive logons are no longer available. Instead, all email services that were previously available on Maya, are now available on Webmail with a user-friendly interface that can be customised according to your preferences.
A vacation notice will automatically reply to any incoming mail you receive while you are away or unable to attend to your e-mail — for example while on vacation or out of town on business.
To set your vacation message, do the following:
- Login to Webmail
- Select the Vacation Notices option at the bottom of the page.
- Type your message
- Select Set/install vacation notice
- Type your password
- Click on Submit button
To remove or cancel the vacation message:
- Login to Webmail
- Select the Vacation Notices option at the bottom of the page.
- Select Unset/remove vacation notice
- Type your password
- Click on Submit button.
Note: Do not forget to cancel the auto-reply when you return from your leave.
