The Student Computer Help Desk provides the following services for all undergraduate, extension & postgraduate students: • provide new email accounts details • provide support for the usage of email facilities • provide normal printing services and quality printing services • provide support services on the use of standard software • daily maintenance of all software and hardware equipment in all student computer labs (ITS labs only) • resolution of difficulties using computer resources
Student Helpdesk Opening Hours (Laucala Campus) Monday - Friday 9am - 10pm Closed on Weekends & Public Holidays
Location: CELT Block beside Student Academic Services office.
Student Support Operational Hours (Statham Campus) Monday - Friday 9am - 8pm Closed on Weekends & Public Holidays
Location: Beside Computer lab 1 at Statham Campus.
