Single Point of Contact The ITS HelpDesk provides a single point of contact for all queries about computing resources and services on campus. All technical fault or software problems should first be reported to the HelpDesk. This system ensures that someone will be available to give you advice and provide a quicker response to your queries. To see a list of services we provide please visit the services link on the left. Please note, if you ever feel that your problem or request is not being dealt with adequately, ask to speak to one of our User Consultants.
