Installing & configuring Netscape Navigator 7.1

    Installing

  1. Map to public software drive, path: //nas2/publicsw
  2. Double click Win9x folder
  3. To install the program, double click NETSCAPE71.EXE icon

    4. It will automatically start to download and install Netscape Navigator.

    Configuring

  4. Click Edit, Preferences
  5. Home Page Location: www.usp.ac.fj
  6. Double click Advanced
  7. Select Proxies
  8. Select Manual proxy configuration
  9. Under HTTP Proxy type: proxy.usp.ac.fj and Port 3128




  10. Click OK.

    11. Click Home to connect to the USP home page.
