Netscape Navigator 4.x provides a facility for Internet browsing familiar to users. This document describes the configuration of Netscape as an Internet browser. Netscape Communicator 4.75 is available for download.
To configure netscape for Internet browsing please open Netscape Communicator and from the menu select Edit/Preferences.
The Preferences dialogue box appears.
Home Page
Select Navigation and on the top right pane select the bullet to start with a Home page and on the location dialogue box below please enter www.usp.ac.fj as the URL to the University home page.
Proxies
Double click on the Advanced option.
Select Proxies and on the right pane please select Manual proxy configuration, click View and enter Under HTTP Proxy type: proxy.usp.ac.fj and Port 3128 in the dialog box Please press the Ok button to confirm the changes and exit the dialog box. Select OK to save the changes and close the Preferences Dialog box
Select the Home button  on the menu to load the University home page.
