About this Site:
Welcome to the new central electronic document centre for USP Policies, Guidelines, Procedures and Forms. This site contains the only controlled copies of University Policies and Procedures.
The sole purpose of this electronic document centre is to ensure that you have immediate access to the latest versions of the updated documents as they are approved. The policy, procedures and forms cover the totality of activities in the University.

Currently documents can be accessed by clicking on the appropriate content type in the menu on the right of the page. Thereafter choosing the relevant policy or procedure from the alphabetical list.
Coming Soon
In the future the site will provide three means to access documents:
An A to Z Directory which lists all the available policy and procedural documents in alphabetical order.
A Subject Area List. This is a full listing of policy and procedural documents subdivided according to subject and the department that has responsibility for that area of activity e.g. Registry, Bursary, Physical Planning etc.
A user friendly Search Engine that enables you to find relevant documents using key words or phrases.
Please Note: The University Calendar contains any Ordinance, Regulation or Statute, referred to in these Policy Documents. Available in PDF format.
