The Honourable Nizam Baksh on Friday (February 4th, 2011) met with representatives of the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business of the University of the West Indies, to discuss the possibility of starting a certificate course training programme in community development for Community Development Officers. Since taking office, Minister Baksh has been ardently supporting certificate training for Community Development Officers (CDO) and persons aspiring to become CDO’s.
