29 February 2012: The Secretariat of the Pacific Community (SPC) has reported that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Forestry and Forest Products Research Institute (FFPRI) of Japan. 24 February 2012: The European Investment Bank (EIB) and the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) agreed the details of a US$65 million dedicated Climate Action lending and technical assistance programme funded by the EIB for the 18 CDB member countries.
