11 February 2013: The Low Emission Capacity Building Programme (LECBP) has hosted a webinar that introduced LECBP country teams and other practitioners to an approach developed by the International Institute for Sustainable Development (IISD) to prioritizing nationally appropriate mitigation actions (NAMAs).
