fellowship programme, which aims to contribute to building capacity for

30 March 2009: The UNFCCC Secretariat has released the report by Harald
Dovland, Chair of the Workshop on issues relating to the scale of emission reductions to be achieved by Annex I Parties (FCCC/KP/AWG/2009/CRP.1), which was held in Bonn, Germany, on 27 Match 2009.
