6 August 2012: The UN Development Group (UNDG) has released guidelines for national-level, multi-stakeholder consultations to help define the post-2015 development agenda. The consultations are to be held in at least 50 countries. UN agencies, funds and programs are invited to submit concept notes for consultations by 17 August 2012. 26 July 2012: The Global Environment Facility (GEF) Small Grants Programme (SGP) has provided a US$40,000 grant for the Jamaica Maritime Institute Trust Fund (JMITF) to establish a renewable energy center in Kingston, Jamaica.

1 July 2012: The Pacific Adaptation to Climate Change (PACC) project is addressing water issues in the Marshall Islands by installing water meters and improving the Airport Water Reservoir, the Secretariat of the Pacific Regional Environment Programme (SPREP) has reported.
