This event was originally scheduled as the third of three "informal informal" consultations to negotiate the draft Outcome Document. The decision taken by the Bureau on 22 December 2011 canceled the February consultations, rendering this meeting the second informal informal consultation. 29 January 2012: The initial discussions on the “zero draft” of the outcome document for the UN Conference on Sustainable Development (UNCSD, or Rio+20) took place at UN Headquarters in New York, from 25-27 January 2012. The zero draft was developed by the Co-Chairs and Bureau of the UNCSD Preparatory Committee.
