18 October 2010: The Pacific Islands Forum Secretariat (PIFS) convened a dialogue with non-state actors on the Pacific Agreement on Closer Economic Relations (PACER) Plus trade negotiations in Honiara, Solomon Islands, on 18 October. 28 October 2010: The 14th Pacific Islands Forum (PIF) Economic Ministers’ Meeting (FEMM) was held in Alofi, Niue, on 27-28 October 2010, to discuss options for the Pacific region to improve access to, and management of, climate change financing.
