13 November 2012: The European Council adopted conclusions on climate finance during the 3198th meeting of the Economic and Financial Affairs Council. 25 October 2012: In a meeting on 25 October 2012, the EU Council adopted conclusions on follow-up to the UN Conference on Sustainable Development (UNCSD, or Rio+20).
