5 November 2012: The Secretariat of the Pacific Regional Environment Programme (SPREP) has announced that the Japan Technical Cooperation Project for the Promotion of Regional Initiative on Solid Waste Management (J-PRISM) programme, a five-year project funded by the Government of Japan, is successfully building the capacity of Pacific Island countries through a “learning-by-doing” approach.
