CSEF is a biennial renewable energy and energy efficiency forum that has been held in the Caribbean region since 2008. Organized by the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) Secretariat with financial support from the Government of Finland, CSEF III will be organized around the theme "Advancing Energy Integration and Energy Access through Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency." 5 June 2012: The Caribbean Catastrophe Risk Insurance Facility (CCRIF) announced that all 16 member governments have renewed their hurricane and earthquake insurance for the 2012-2013 policy year, and that the Facility has provided them with a 25% rebate on their 2011-2012 policy year premium because none of their policies had been triggered.
