Convened by the Secretariat of the Pacific Regional Environment Programme (SPREP), this two-week course is open to participants from the Cook Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Fiji, Kiribati, Nauru, Niue, Marshall Islands, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu and Vanuatu.
