As you know, themes for CSD-9 are:

* International cooperation for an enabling environment
The CSD NGO Steering Committee's Energy and Climate Change Caucus
and Transport Caucus will be coordinating NGO participation in
the Multi-stakeholder Dialogue on Energy and Transport.
The topics of the Dialogue Segment are:
* Achieving equitable access to clean energy: incentives,
subsidies, regulations or voluntary measures?
* Eco-efficiency, eco-effectiveness or business-as-usual:
choices for producing, distributing and consuming energy.
* Public-private partnerships for de-carbonizing the
transportation system
* Sustainable transport planning: choices and models for human
settlements, designs and vehicle alternatives
